Regatta Bar and Eatery, Takapuna

The Regatta Bar and Eatery is located overlooking the stunning Takapuna Beach, opposite Takapuna Yacht Club. Regatta Bar and Eatery has a strong nautical theme. The staff's uniform (navy and white stripes) reflects the theme and allows them to be easily seen.

Interchangeable painted boards above the open kitchen advise what fish and meat is on offer, and living herbs grow in planter boxes on one of the walls. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, with music pumping and great acoustics mean there's lots of noise.

Regatta Bar and Eatery is primarily a seafood restaurant, with a wood-fired grill section that also offers several meat options and an "extra flavours" list featuring interesting items such as crayfish butter, house-made Laphroaig mustard or the curiously titled "gentleman's relish".

The Regatta is also the perfect venue for functions, we have four room options available and our team will work with you to make the event a success.
