Using FindUs App at your Events

  • Our App is currently available for Android and Iphone - (search in App Store for FindUs App) 
  • The FindUs App is not only for events, it is also used for:

    • Data Collection - When each clients personal unique code is scanned, we can collect a database of Age/gender/email. We can supply clients this information if the scanner opts into their mailing list
    • Membership - We are currently in the process of development of the App to enable it to be used in clubs / bars etc as a membership app (instead of using a card) the membership code sits within the FindUs App Click here to see membership fees and overview

    • It runs in conjunction with the FindUs Printed Directory currently been sold in Rotorua and going out to 25,000 homes Click to see printed directory overview We will be marketing the download of the FindUs App heavily throughout this publication. This will land the FindUs App on 1,000's of users smartphones throughout the Rotorua Region - via competitions etc. You will find the FindUs App codes throughout Rotorua on shop windows, car windows, products and more. All clients unique codes link to their information and details.

Events:

The FindUs App sits beautifully at events. Giving the event organiser and exhibitor an opportunity to be a part of the newest, smartest smartphone technology without the price tag. 

How it works:

  • We firstly market your company throughout the Online FindUs Directory - Value $3500.
  • We can run a competition / survey personalised to you throughout the event.
  • We work with you in the best way to get your exhibitors involved.
  • We provide exhibitors with an A4 poster with their unique FindUs QR Code and a Trifold table stand. When the exhibitors code is scanned with the FindUs app, their logo and brief description jumps onto the visitors phone, linking to their Advert that sits behind their App Slide and is hosted within the FindUs Directory (searchable by Google). These details can be stored and filed on visitors phones. This gives your clients not only the opportunity to market themselves at the event but after the event.
  • At the event, our staff will encourage the public to download the App. We will also hand out flyers with instructions and we will put up a prize draw to encourage the download of the App.
  • We also put up a prize draw for visitors who scan the most codes at the event. This drives extra traffic to exhibitors stands that they would not otherwise get. Its fun and in many cases parents get their kids to take over their phones and run around collecting exhibitors codes. We put a RED DOT on the posters of clients that what to take part in this competition as they will get a lot of tyre kickers -- BUT great branding and possible sales that they would not otherwise get. And remember when scanned their logo and information lands itself on visitors phones and can be accessed months down the track. PLUS every time their FindUs QR Code is scanned it is another visit to there advert in the FindUs Online Directory - GOOGLE sees this and it helps them move up the Google Rankings.
  • Prior to the Event, the FindUs team contact all exhibitors whom would like to market their business via the Smartphone App and collect their details.

How Much?

  • Depending on what each exhibitor would like to achieve, there are a number of add-ons e.g. run their own competitions, add a photo gallery, feedback and more.... 
  • The Basic starter pack includes a Bronze Advert: www.findus.co.nz/bronze. This Advert is searchable by google and runs for one year on the FindUs App and Online Directory after the event. Also included, a unique FindUs QR code, a A4 poster, and a tri-fold table stand with clients personalised FindUs QR Code (both of which can be used for a year after the event) We also mail out a digital version of your clients FindUs Code that can be used on all their marketing material or social media. Plus, we supply a prize/s to encourage downloading of App and Scanning of codes throughout the event.
  • The total package is valued at $399 per outlet. We supply this to event organisers at $99+gst per exhibitor.
  • We have made pricing very affordable to enable every exhibitor to be a part of this leading edge technology. The more exhibitors taking part the more successful the overall result and visitor satisfaction.
  • Our profit margins are made on exhibitors upgrading and adding onto the base package which is entirely up to each client when we contact them for their base information and NOT compulsory. 

Your Roll

  • OPTION 1: For best results: You build into the cost of their stand or raise stand price slightly to enable you to include this fantastic marketing portal, giving everyone the opportunity to participate (We only charge you for clients that take part) We contact all your clients to gather material and explain how the FindUs App works plus double check they would like to be a part of the FindUs Smartphone App. "And they will" This is the best option, as in the past we have had so many exhibitors that didn't understand the power of the FindUs App until they saw it working and then wanted to change there minds. But it is impossible to add them on the day as codes and poster/trifold stands have to be produced and printed.
  • OPTION 2: You add-on an additional opt-in or opt-out FindUs App option of $99+gst at sign-up of their stand. You collect monies on our behalf. We supply you App Information/marketing material to explain how it works. For clients that want to take part, you supply us contact details and we will do the rest. Note: There has to be no less than 30% of total exhibitors at one expo taking part to secure this pricing with a minimum of 50 exhibitors participating. For larger events the margins can change subject to approval.
  • You add FindUs App information to encourage the downloading of the FindUs App on your current marketing material prior and during event e.g. radio/newspaper/facebook. This will build public awareness to download the FindUs App prior to event.
